Paulo Bono is a writer and screenwriter from Bahia. He was part of the first postgraduate script group in Bahia in 2003 and created several institutional videos for the advertising market. In 2013 he published his first short story book "Espalitando" by Editora Cousa (ES) and in 2019 he launched the novel "Sexy Ugly", a humorous noir by Editora Mondrongo (BA). He was also part of the anthologies "Casa de Orates, tales about madness", "Soteropolitanos" and "BA-Vi has a lot of history". He debuted in a fiction script in 2014 with the short "O Garoto". And in 2021, he won the FRAPA Award in the Series Pilot category with the comedy script "JIMEN".
Paulo received the Paradiso Award at the FRAPA Lab 2021 Screenplay Contest in the Series Pilot category with "JIMEN", written in partnership with Murilo Deolino.
